Whole Wheat is bright coloured, well filled, plump English wheat. They are double re-cleaned and clipped to ensure they contain minimal dust and admixture. Wheat is the traditional feed for fish farmers, they can be fed whole and unlike other cereals they do not need to be micronized (cooked) before feeding. Wheat grain, has a small starch molecule, which is highly digestible in the fish’s small intestine by the enzyme amylase, making wheat a great feed for fish. Preparation Guide:
Pour boiling water over the grain in bucket and leave for 6 hours to soften then ready to use.
